A special event with Catriona Murray, editor of the new bilingual anthology of Murdo MacFarlane’s poems and songs, with songs from Margaret MacLeod of Na h-Òganaich

1f / 1pm – Òrain Mhurchaidh – Ionnsaich cuid dhe na h-òrain aig Murchadh le Mairead NicLeòid  / Song workshop – learn a selection of Murdo MacFarlane’s songs with Margaret MacLeod

2f / 2pm – Cànan & Cridhe Mhurchaidh – Catrìona Mhoireach ag innse barrachd mun ùidh aice ann an obair Mhurchaidh agus na h-Òganaich / The Language & Heart of Murdo MacFarlane – Catriona Murray speaks about how her interest was sparked in Murdo MacFarlane’s work, and the impact of Na h-Òganaich in presenting Murdo’s songs

3f / 3pm – Còmhradh Gàidhlig – strùpag agus cothrom còmhraidh còmhla ri Catrìona Nic an t-Saoir / Gaelic conversation – come along for a “strùpag” and conversation in Gaelic for all levels

Books will be available to purchase throughout the day
