Fin Moore is no stranger to Ceòlas as he has been coming to Uist with his father Hamish since the early days. Fin Plays; Highland Pipes, Border Pipes and Small Pipes. In his early piping career Fin played in the innovative ‘Vale of Atholl Pipe Band’ as well as many bands and different line-ups in the last decade.
As a working musician Fin has travelled all over the world playing and teaching pipes and spends long parts of the year in the USA and Canada. As well as being a partner with his father in the successful Moore Pipe Making business he continues to keep a busy performing schedule currently as a member of the dance group ‘Dannsa’ as well as solo projects. We welcome Fin back to Ceòlas 2012.
