Catriona MacIntyre was born and brought up in Iochdar in South Uist and although she has lived and worked in the Lochaber area for almost forty years, she considers herself to be ‘Uibhisteach’ through and through.
Catriona has recently retired from a career in education with the latter part spent in developing, teaching and supporting Gaelic medium pre-school and primary education in Highland schools.
Catriona very much enjoys helping interested students (of any age!) to increase their Gaelic language skills and we are delighted to have Catriona back on the Ceolas team again this year.
